President, CEO and Board Member. Responsibilities include overall management of commercial rental properties and land developments.  Supervises maintenance department and administrative personnel.

S. Adams Agency, Inc. (1978 to present)
President, CEO, Board Member and principal broker responsible for leasing and sales activities.  The company is licensed to do business in Illinois and Missouri.

Palisades Development and Management Corp. (1994 to present)
President, Secretary and Board Member. Responsibilities include general real estate development, management and land planning.

Raging Rivers WaterPark, Inc. (1989 to present)
Vice President, Development Director, Corporate Secretary and Board Member.  Director of Real Estate Development, Financing and Expansion Planning for 30-acre water theme park.

Scott Adams was Co-Chairman of the Grafton, Illinois Flood Relief Committee during the Great Flood of 1993, working with city, county, state and federal officials and agencies to raise over $20 million in public and private funding to rebuild the infrastructure of the City of Grafton to prepare for the regrowth and expansion of residential, commercial and recreational activities in Grafton, Illinois.

Mr. Adams has received the Life Spike Award from the National Association of Home Builders, Outstanding Citizen Award, Homer M. Adams Memorial Citizenship Award and Growth Association Small Business of the Month Award.

Business affiliations include Greater Gateway Association of Realtors, Illinois and National Association of Realtors, Home Builders Association of Greater Southwest Illinois, Illinois and National Association of Home Builders, Grafton Chamber of Commerce, River Bend Growth Association, Southwestern Illinois Leadership Council Board of Directors and as Director of Business Development for Church Administration (New Testament Fellowship Church).
